What Our Clients Are Saying

About Me

I hold a Degree in Psychodynamics and a Diploma in Person-Centred Integrative Counselling. My counselling approach combines empathy, understanding, and professional therapeutic techniques to support clients through emotional, personal, and relationship challenges.

I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace while working towards healing, growth, and emotional wellbeing.

Type of Counselling I Do

I offer psychodynamic and person-centred integrative counselling. This approach allows me to tailor therapy to each individual client’s needs, helping them better understand their emotions, behaviours, relationships, and life experiences while developing healthier coping strategies and self-awareness.

Using a psychodynamic and integrative approach, I help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, recognise emotional patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping and moving forward.

I support clients with:

Anxiety and stress
Depression and low mood
Relationship difficulties
Trauma and past experiences
Grief and bereavement
Self-esteem and confidence
Emotional wellbeing
Personal growth and self-awareness
Family and personal challenges
